A fun and supportive space for people of all genders under the rainbow to learn and practice simple techniques——mental, verbal and physical——for staying safe in a range of situations relevant to rainbow people’s lives including with people we know and strangers in public: assert boundaries with words, break out of holds, strike vulnerable parts of a larger attacker’s body, relationship safety, your rights, where to find support, how to support others and more!
